I'm your personal fitness trainer and want to give you an idea of what our boot camp classes are like. It's hard to sum up, but if I did, I'd say that it's a ton of fun and completely different than any gym workout you've ever had before. The Campers always enjoy the variety that I bring to each class as well as the excitement. You'll learn and be able to apply a ton of new stuff while we quickly drip off the extra weight. Some campers love this stuff so much that they come 6 days a week or even twice a day!
My personal fitness training background comes from a long enjoyment of physical activity and sports (more so participating than watching). I took that interest to college at SIUE for my degree in Kinesiology. Afterwards, I didn't skip a beat; I got into training people and developed a skill for helping them get in THE best shape of their lives. I often return people to the way they looked 15 or 20 years ago. I'm able to get great results because I love what I do and continue to learn new ways to improve.
